Primary Purpose

This position is responsible for recording and closely monitoring inventory system according to corporate policy.

Key Responsibilities

? Perform Inventory Data Master preparation on a monthly basis
? Inventory transfer confirmation and validation
? Validate and adjust the unrecognized inventory items
? Assist immediate supervisor perform inventory adjustments in the inventory system
? Communicate with store staff on inventory adjustment request
? Communicate with warehouse / Logistics staff on inventory adjustment request
? Reconcile stock variances and adjust stocks according to the policy
? Maintain staff database in POS system
? Manage initial list price and price change in CS2000 system
? Coordinate and assist bi-annual warehouse and store stocktaking
? Work with supervisor to ensure that all inventory are properly recorded
? Manage and develop required analyses to support various inventory components.
? Support immediate supervisor on any ad hoc projects or reporting


Education, Experience, and Qualifications

? A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
? Advanced knowledge of Excel and finance operation systems
? An understanding of SAP & CS2000 is a plus
? 1-2 years of experience with cost accounting, inventory control and data management preferably in retail business
? Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, initiative, task oriented and a team player
? Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English
