Your key responsibilities

The Tax Senior is responsible for managing global client engagements and supervising junior staff. This role will supplement the capabilities of our client service associates (CSAs) in those areas requiring technical competencies or professional judgment beyond paraprofessional level

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in tax compliance and tax advisory engagements;

• Work effectively, sharing responsibility, providing coaching to junior staffs, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;

• Prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties;

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel;

• Build strong internal relationships within the Business Tax Services team and across other services

Requirements:

• University graduates from Accounting major with relevant of experience in tax or related accounting fields.

• Solid tax accounting knowledge;

• Experienced in US tax or PRC tax;

• A CPA, CTA, law license or working towards gaining one

• General knowledge of tax laws, tax accounting with specialized knowledge in one or more technical areas.

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients.

• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability.

• A commitment to learning in a tax technology environment.

• Traveling within Greater China is required.

• Excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglish and Mandarin.
