职位描述

Title: National Account Mgr

Responsibilities:

Build revenue streams by targeting and acquiring International and Chinese accounts working throughout Mainland China. Through research and assistance from International Account team, identify opportunities with North American, European and Middle Eastern key accounts working in China.
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
? Working with HERC International Account team and HERC China Marketing, identify and prioritize opportunities.
? Manage assigned accounts across Mainland China, supported by Field Sales team.
? With Sales Director, China - Develop a "Top Down/bottom up' approach to account penetration
-Top Down: Meet and build relationship with Company leaders/senior purchasing staff
-Bottom up: Build relationship with Project Managers at the field level (local sales team performs)
? Work with BD and Government relation resources (Internal & External) to develop business leads
? Pro-actively create strategies to increase rentals/revenue with assigned National Account customers.
? Develop relationships with existing and new account contacts (decision makers) to protect and grow current Hertz designation and market share.
? Create relationships with competitive accounts to capitalize on new opportunities as they materialize.
? Identify and develop cross selling opportunities to grow non-traditional segments within accounts.
? Effectively execute all administrative responsibilities
? Work with RAC China National Accounts to develop opportunities

Recruitment:
Educational Background:
At least a 5 year college educated with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Professional Experience:
10 years experience in sales with foreign multi-nationals, Experience with a foreign startup in BD a plus, Currently holds high level sales role, Successful track record of promotions, 5 years of Key account management experience, Strong results-orientation, Experience in the construction or industrial sectors (supply, services).
Knowledge:
? Knowledge of how external market conditions impact the construction industry
? Knowledge of construction equipment specifications, uses, and application
? Company processes, including credit, sales, and operations.
? Computer software tools.
? The China approach to Sales & Marketing as well as International understanding
