？ Manage purchase order release and execution for your portfolio 

？ Verify the weekly intake plan to ensure right demand signal passed to upstream 

？ Challenge suppliers on the supply plan regarding components shortage, capacity constraint, lead time performance. etc. 

？ Work with cross-functions to drive solutions on shortage/excess components at suppliers. 

？ Identify demand fluctuation as well as supply gaps and set priorities in alignment with our customers. 

？ Ensure correctness of master data to optimize planning.  

？ Manage timely launch for NPI product introductions and PIPO business case study 

？ Drive for World Class Supply Chain Excellence

岗位需求：

？ Bachelor or above; Business Management or Supply Chain related major 

？ 5+ years' experience of Supply Planning or similar 

？ System proficiency in both SAP R/3 and Microsoft Excel. 

？ Action driven to ensure fast reaction and maximize results 

？ Strong communication skills and able to influence key stakeholders 

？ Positive mindset and attitude with regards to pressure and challenge. 

？ English communication both oral and written
