Key responsibilities

1. Cooperate with R&D engineers to support NPI projects build in manufacturing, evaluate and analyze test station Gage R&R, test process CPK, unexpanded measurement uncertainty, test time and yield.

2. Work with Design quality engineer to insure the product compliance with Metrology standard, control document.

3. Interact with design team and manufacture team to maintain PCB test station, product test station, test code and test process; find continued improvement opportunities from test cost and test time.

4. Control any test code changes under software version management tool, distribute test changes to manufacture, global cells and Service.

5. Develop testing process training procedure; train test operators on handling test system issues, help production line qualify test operator skill and capability.

6. Initiate or support production process modification and relocation (Kaizen, continuous improvement activities, ad-hoc issued, etc.).

 

 

Job requirements (education or experience and skills required to be able to perform this job):

1. BS degree or above in electronic/computer field. Electrical and Electronics or industry automation education background

2. 2+ years’ experience on Visual Studio programming, like C++, C#, Vb.net.

3. Familiar with on C/C++ language, various electronic test and measurement products, automatic instrument communication and control, and metrology standard.

4. Good skills in instrument verification and validation testing.

5. Ability to effectively work on multiple projects or complex tasks simultaneously.

6. Good English skill on reading, writing, speaking and presentation.

7. Good communication skill and team working spirit.

8. Lighting industry background is preferred.

9. With Knowledge of integrated sphere is plus.
