Job description:

·Responsible for all the financial & controlling activities of the Company's operations in China which includes financing, costing, accounting, banking, budgeting, statutory compliance, auditing and internal controls.

·Implement systems, policies and procedures for preparation and maintenance of books of accounts & financial statements and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

·Ensure that the books of accounts are closed on monthly basis and the management reports are prepared as per the defined timelines and in a reasonably accurate manner.

·Create and maintain a robust management information system, covering all aspects of operations of the company, which provides accurate, timely and consistent input.

·Work with the Business and Operations team to prepare the annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts and help in delivery of the same by providing timely feedback and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.

·Responsible for calculating the Standard cost calculations during budgeting and explanation of production variances on monthly basis.

·Drive reduction of working capital across the organization, ensure timely and efficient collection of debts by bringing in credit control measures.

·Manage the complete audit process including planning of resourcing and activities for completion of group and local audits within the time and cost parameters.

·Responsible for ensuring compliance with all the applicable taxation, social and legal requirements from time to time

·Monitoring inflow and outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.

·Evaluate internal control systems and procedures; prepare audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

·Ensure effective usage of SAP across the company.

·Contribute and provide the leadership in Finance for effectively running the business together with members from other functions within the organization.

·Manage team performance, undertaking regular individual reviews to reflect achievements against targets/behavior and agree the way forward including training and development.

Requirements:

1. Preferably CPA or Masters in accounting or finance or business related discipline.

2. At least 10 years of working experiences, must have worked in a MNC with manufacturing operations.

3. Experience in analyzing and interpreting statistical and accounting information for management decision making

4. Experience in the review and analysis of operating results and the development and implementation of long and short term financial plans

5. System knowledge - SAP All Finance related modules, Excellent in MS-Excel

6. Must have People management experience

7. Good personal communication skill and team work spirit

8. Fluent in English speaking and writing
