Job Scope

• Responsible for the GTM of SAP C/4 which covers mainly sales, marketing and ecommerce clouds, Support business development in the spaces of marketing technology vendor selection, solution implementation.
• Acting as the talent lead for sales and marketing team of SAP practice
• Provide supervision to the project team of Consultants/Analysts
• Ensure consistent high quality of project deliverables
• Drive value creation, thought leadership and innovation in project team
• Engage and manage mid-/high-level clients who are directly involved in the project, as well as broader client stakeholders

Experience

• 10+ years of working experience specialized in the spaces of SAP or other leading sales and marketing technology solutions, including but not limited to sales, campaign management, digital experience management, personalization and targeting, data and analytics, advertising.
• Deep knowledge and experience on packaged solutions, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Alibaba Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM and SAP Sales and Service Cloud (previous SAP C4C, Callidus CPQ)

• Working experience in Consulting firm or solution provider side is preferred
• Proven leadership skills in leading with cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
