岗位职责

To maintain precision press tools to meet FACTEON high quality standards and specifications.

确保精密冲压模具满足FACTEON高质量标准和规格

To maintain various high quality, precision press and forming tools operating in a high speed, high volume production environment.

确保各种高质量的精密冲压和成型模具在高速及高产量的生产环境下的有序运行

Maintenance of the press tools to all quality specifications and required timeframes:

在规定时间内对冲压模具进行维护保养以达到高标准的质量要求：

- To closely follow a preventative maintenance plan for all tooling.

- 严格遵守所有模具的预防性维修要求

- Look for defects and other problems and determine what action is required to fix the tool and reduce the risk that it may cause out of spec. parts or dame to the tool during the production run.

- 排查故障及存在问题，确定定模具维修的可行方案，以降低设备运行期间对配件及模具造成损害的风险

- To facilitate the manufacture of replacement parts. This may be to machine new parts on lathes, mills and surface grinders.

- 使用车床，铣床及平面磨床加工新配件，以方便设备部件的更换

- To identify and select appropriate materials to be used for replacement parts.

- 确认和选择用于更换配件所需的正确材料

- Accurately check measurements of replacement components to make sure they are to specification and monitor wear or damage.

- 对用于替换的配件进行精密测量，以确保符合规格要求并查看管理磨损和损害情况

- Accurately assemble new parts and check the assembled components specification and operation.

- Test tooling operation after maintenance work has been carried out to ensure parts are to the specified tolerance and conform to the drawing.

- Determine the useful life of a tool and facilitate gaining approvals for new tooling or when a tool should be stripped, sharpened or polished to reduce the risk of thetool in mass production.

Support continuous improvement objectives 持续改进的目标

- Provide information and ideas as to where tool improvements could be made to reduce tool wear or damaged parts. 提出合理建议改善模具使用状况以降低模具磨损和部件损坏

- Recommend where alternative materials are appropriate for the job.

Provide regular communication to stakeholders eg Service Team Leader, Operations Manager, regarding any issues and provide progress updates. 与直接主管和运营经理等相关负责人进行定期沟通并提供最新进展状况。

Ensure Health and Safety matters are understood and all HSE legislation, regulations and policies are fully complied with at all times. 确保了解健康和安全的相关事宜，并且时刻遵守环境健康和安全方面的所有法律法规。

what does it takes you to be here?

任职要求

Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial engineering or manufacturing environment where high speed precision forming and piercing tools are used in manufacturing products. 5年以上使用高速精密成型及冲孔模具生产加工型企业的工作经验

Machine Knowledge 机器知识:

? Understands the functions of all the stations and the tooling within the production line.

Knowledge & Ability 知识和能力:

? Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on-the-job

? Is able to: fit parts, disassemble and correctly assemble moderate to complex

metal and plasticTooling.

? Verify dimensions alignment 验证尺寸调整

? Develop and analyse specifications, tool design, layout, machining and assembly

Procedures. 发展和分析特定的，模具设计，图纸，机器，组装工艺

? Troubleshoot equipment to diagnose malfunctions in Tooling and make necessary

Repairs. 找到模具问题点并进行必要的修复

Product Knowledge 产品知识:

? Plan sequence of operations to fabricate parts 有顺序计划的进行零件组装

? Can understand, measure and monitor important dimensions or features

? Understands the required safety features of the production line and safe procedures

Understands and follows the safety lockout procedures when doing line

? Maintains assigned equipment and work areas in a safe, clean and orderly manner 保持设备和工作区域的安全，清洁和有序

Communication 交流:

? Can understand and follow written and oral instructions well 能很好的理解和参照说明书

? Can communicate and organise work with outside suppliers and vendors 能与外部供应商有效的组织和交流

? Communicates relevant information, problems or suggestions with other

team members and management 能与其他团队的同事交流相关信息，问题和建议

The incumbent must be able to lift up to15 kg
