1.Job Summary:

l Task is to lead and manage the Process Automation team establishing technical objective and plan to

n Lead the process/equipment development for new product/CIP

n Identify Production processes that can be fully or semi automated in order to increase productivities

n introduce new products in close cooperation with customer, in-house staff and suppliers

n develop and adopt new production principles and strive for differentiation to competition

n rationalize existing production processes and principles

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

l Guide/monitor the testing/prototyping for new concept/new technology.

l Risk control for on going projects by risk analysis, evaluate and related plan.

l Organization & coordination among departments for the target achieving.

l Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions, from definition phase through implementation.

l Manage technical risks throughout the project.

l Performs technical reviews with customers, in-house staff and supplier

l Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.

l Participate to resolve issues related to tooling, molding, stamping, PCBA, assembly, etc processes and effectively applies knowhow for new projects

l Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

l Continuously search and investigate new technologies

l Support factories with specification, selection and realization of complex machine investments and peripheral equipment

l Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors engineers through formal and informal channels.

l Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their development within the company.

l Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
