Job Description:


1.End-users service:
-Software installation for end-users and maintenance
-Hardware maintenance for end-users
-Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware
-Service request response
-Record user non-standard application license
2.System, network & application administration if any at site level:
-Configuration management
-Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.
-System & network security control & virus defense
3.PABX system management & maintenance if any at site level.
4.Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line
5.System & data backup
6.Responsible for incident & problem tracker
7. IT assets management & distribution on site.
8.Technical and operation manual documentation
9.Support Corporate IT activities when required.


Qualifications:


1.Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related majors..
2.Good Work plan & priority management
3.Preferred MCP or MCSE certificate ;Hardware/OA problem analysis ability
4.Basic network maintenance skill
5.Basic System & network security skill ;Anti-Virus / Anti-SPAM experience
6.Centralized backup/recovery experience.
