1. JOB SUMMARY

Lead a team to support production in process, equipment/fixture, and troubleshooting and line improvement.



Fully responsible for equipments readiness and updating equipment status to whole Operation and PMD team.



2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Automation and fixture design

2. Lead a team to setup equipment, fixture/jig related documents to support production in time.

3. Find the root cause of the failure of equipment & fixture, and provide proposal to solve accordingly. (Troubleshooting)

4. Generate equipment & fixture concept to optimize the production requirement.

5. Work with other departments to find solutions in terms of quality, volume increase, customer complaint, process stability etc.

6. Lead a team to make line balance and machine cycle time calculation

7. Generate Design concept

8. Responsible for control and update of all production equipments.

9. Status Update & schedule equipment buyoff lead time.

1.Over 5 years related working experience

2.Mechanical background; have strong automation design experience
