The Study Assistant is mainly responsible for the communication, coordination, customer service and contact the foreign teachers. Core responsibilities as follows:

1.Communicate with the students regularly

• Do the orientation for the new students through telephone, mail or WeChat, help them install the lesson platform.
• Communicate with students, understand students’ satisfaction and acceptance of the course, and provide customized follow-up service according to students’ learning methods, learning progress and learning content.
• Responsible for supervising students in class, if students or teachers are unable to attend classes on time due to network problems and other reasons, should be promptly coordinated and dealt with.
• Update student files on educational administration system timely - Teachworks, including students' relevant information and materials;

                    

2.Communicate regularly with foreign teachers

• Update students’ learning situation.
• Arrange the courses according to the foreign teachers’ and students’ schedule.
• Supervise the foreign teacher to complete the study feedback and teaching plan; If they fail to complete timely, communicate with them in time and supervise the completion.

                

3.Visit students' parents regularly

• Submit the feedback of students’ learning situation, study progress report and lesson plan to the parents.
• Timely translate the foreign teachers' learning feedback and teaching plans, and send to parents and students via mail and WeChat.
• Communicate in advance with parents about the changes in lesson requirements; Meanwhile, inform the relevant course staff and foreign teachers promptly.
• Comprehend parents’ opinions and suggestions on the center, timely give the feedback back; Meanwhile, communicate with the foreign teacher about improve the teaching quality.

                    

    

4.Responsible for internal coordination and inter departmental communication.

• Communicate with the consultant or give the feedback about students, and cooperate with the consultant to improve or adjust the learning progress.
• Notify the relevant departments and staffs timely in the event of any changes in the circumstances of the trainees, parents and foreign teacher; And report to the director of tuition in case of the problem cannot be solved.
• Timely follow up students' curriculum progress, cooperate with the consultant to help complete the renewal.
• Fully convey the center policy to the parents, to promote referral sales ratio.

A successful candidate has:

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Excellent and accurate communication skills in English in work with less grammatical mistakes.
• Good appearance and temperament, please provide personal photos.
• Able to work on Saturday, two days off on Sunday and Monday.
• Relevant working experience is preferred.
