JOB SUMMARY
1. Execute the Mechanical aspect of product design and components design activities.
2. Interacts with cross functional team members to execute the products through the development cycle and launch it on time and meeting customer goals
3. Organize, coach and coordinate the team activities to meet business objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure that the mechanical design or products or components are meeting agreed customers expectations
2. Organize the tasks within his team and establish frame work to execute them
3. Provide supports and guidance to associates to allow them to perform their tasks to the fullest of the potential.
4. Establish processes and best practices for the team to adopt to achieve consistent and repeatable results.
5. Coordinate with cross functional team to meet the product development milestones and customer milestones requirements
6. Provide Support to other functions to address product design related issues.
REQUIREMENT
1. Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 10-year working experience is minimum. Hardworking, Smart, Integrity
3. Master Pro/E Wildfire 4.0, and profund surface modelling experiance
4. Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Good language skill (Chinese); and written English
