Job Description:
Collect and analyze information on focused industry to evaluate the performance of BFC (Bulten Fasteners China) sales and customer satisfaction and competitor business development;
Be key person to shape the sales strategy, sales development projection and annual budget.
Implement and manage agreed/set up sales strategies to support the business plan, manage the process aiming to market share increase;
Establish and up-date the sales forecasts based on market changes/development
Develop and implement (agreed) strategies and programs to develop sales through new projects;
Develop current and potential customers by frequent visits, building trust and relationship as a base for long term beneficial cooperation.
Be the leader in APQP process representing the customer, following customer specific requirements till PPAP (PSW) approval.
Be present during tests of BFC products done in customer premises (if approved by the customer)
Be the leader during customer visits and audits, be coordinator between BFC and customer;
Be responsible for own efficient and effective communication with the customers;
Be responsible for follow up and meeting the budget as well as effective cost control (related to sales);
Be responsible for initiation of Feasibility Study process with the team and liaison with the customer;
Be responsible for preparation and implementation of procedures, routines, rules and regulations for Sales department with all its functions;
Prepare project sales reports and presentation on time in official form and supervision of proper distribution of company information outside the company;
Be responsible for operating within targeted stock levels (both quantitative and financial)
Organize and supervise sales logistical activities to fulfill customers' order on time and avoid air freight;
Ensure that all sales related figures/records/data are all the time up to date, correct and complete, both in the system and in paper version (back up) and that the invoices are issued properly and on time to all the customers;
Ensure all relevant data transfer on time to Finance Department (especially invoices) and that the payments from the customer are done on time and in full invoiced amount and in case of delays inform direct manager immediately;
Ensure confidentiality of sales data (only for internal Bulten use);
Effectively, manage, motivate and continuously improve performance of the Sales team ensuring its reasonable stability;
Be in charge of overall Sales functions with the objective to achieve own sales target;
Be responsible for order and cleanliness in governed facilities (Sales offices, packing, finished good stock, dispatched areas), and obeying all company disciplinary regulations, as well as safety, quality and sales department specific rules/procedures all subordinates;
Be responsible for safety, cleanliness and proper working of all equipment given by the company to fulfill sales duties (incl. but not limited to: scales, forklift trucks, furniture, IT equipment, etc.)
Be flexible to travel inside and outside Chine to achieve BFC business targets and customer satisfaction;
Fulfill other orders/assignments of direct manager, unless they violate national legal and/or safety regulations.
Prepare and share/present relevant sales and market reports based on company requirements.

Requirements:
Have experience in automotive industry for min 5 years in managerial position and TS16949 knowledge.
Bachelor (university) degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Management
High flexibility to work on multi-task assignments
Able to travel (no legal or health-related restrictions) in China and abroad
Have working experience related with Autoliv, Delphi and Shanghai Automotive is MUST.
