职位描述

The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of JLL China’s marketing team and is passionate about driving efficiency and effectiveness through digital marketing, technology and process improvement.
This role will work collaboratively with the Marketing Team and all JLL business lines to build and implement execution excellence around digital campaign delivery, website content and performance, SEO implementation, social media platform monitoring and media buy campaign execution to achieve business goals. In addition to implementing strong operational processes, this savvy marketer will support best-in-class demand generation efforts via multiple digital tools and platforms, lead governance and end-to-end performance reporting, including dashboard creation and ongoing maintenance.
Working with internal teams and external partners, this role will ensure our marketing organization is able to operate in a more agile manner and respond quickly to changing market conditions and business direction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

? Lead the success of JLL CN site and be aligned to regional and global digital teams, to feed and maintain JLL CN site and drive UX, SEO, content execution and measurement.
? Be a subject matter expert on Eloqua and work closely with the various marketing team functions and leadership to build and measure demand generation campaigns.
? Help relevant marketing team to build and execute digital marketing campaigns and programs (including campaign strategy, landing page and form creation, campaign execution, reporting and analytics)
? Take care of online business enquiry follow up, reporting and analytics.
? Research and participate in knowledge shares with stakeholders and colleagues, keeping teams well-informed of digital competitive landscape, trends and best practices
? Manage communications between Marketing and IT, providing clarity and guidance to expedite suitable solutions that abide by JLL protocols
? Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver marketing projects on time and on budget
? Participate in the aggregation and analysis of marketing budget and spend to ensure accuracy and enable agile decision making
职位要求:
Qualifications -
? Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
? 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing, operations or business experience
? Process-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
? Proficient with marketing automation and other relevant tools (Eloqua, Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, etc.)
? Practical knowledge of how to build and manage demand generation campaigns and workflow processes
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple projects simultaneously
? Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner
? Committed to teamwork and personally accountable
