1.JOB SUMMARY

This position will maintain petty cash&bank balances and perform bank reconciliations as well as responsible for petty cash reimbursements for business expenses.

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Keep petty cash and maintain manual cash book record

2.Update SAP Cash Account

3.Reconcile SAP Cash Account to physical cash on hand

4.Update SAP Bank Accounts

5.Reconcile SAP Bank Accounts to bank statements

6.Prepare balance sheet review for Cash and Banking Sections

7.Petty cash reimbursement for business expenses

3.MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor degree in finance or accounting fields.

4.KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT

Good command of MS Office software

At least one year working experience in similar position

Acceptable English communication skills,both written and spoken
