Professional Experience Required：经验要求

2 6+ years Product design & engineering experience in Automotive trim development, 六年以上汽车内饰设计及开发领域产品工程经验

2 Familiar all the process, can skillfully use all the kinds of design & development software to make the concept and typical section design and analysis

熟悉各项内饰常用工艺，并能用各种设计软件进行结构方案及前期概念的设计及分析

2 Have a comprehensive understanding and mastering of the functional requirements of the relevant products and the products structure对相关产品和产品结构的功能性要求有综合的理解和掌握。

2 Understanding of CAE simulation technology and testing design了解CAE模拟技术和实验设计

2 Familiar with the trim material characteristics and process technology熟悉内饰材料特性和工艺技术

2 Understand GD&T process during program phase. 了解GD&T

2 CAM and basic knowledge of measuring. CAM和测量基础知识

2 Knowledge and application of problem solving and quality tools like DFA/DFM, VA/VE, DFMEA and Six Sigma. 了解并能运用问题解决办法，质量工具，如DFA/DFM, VA/VE, DFMEA and Six Sigma
