• Key responsibilities:
  

1.  Collaborate closely and proactively with commercial team, plus industry, market, competitor, customer and consumer insight to identify innovation opportunity and priority, generate, evaluate and manage project to support business growing objective 
   
2. New product development, existing product upgrading, line extension and cost reduction for improver and premix
3. Provide efficient & value added service to key customer, like finished product development, online trial test, issue shooting etc
   

• Key requirements: 
  

1. Food science & engineering, flour science or related education background
2. 5 years or above improver & premix formula development and application experience
3. Be familiar with key ingredients of bakery / steam goods production, craft and industrial customer
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill, team spirit
   
5. Strong commercial sense, be business, customer and result oriented
6. Project management skill from idea till launching phase
7. Fluent English in writing and speaking
