职位描述
岗位职责：
一、负责日常会议服务管理工作，包括但不仅限于：
1.日常会议服务管理； 2.重要会议参观接待活动支持；3.大型公司级活动支持；
4.客户访谈；5.投诉及危机事件处理；6.部门间沟通协调
7.工作规范及操作流程梳理；8.定期上交工作计划、总结、培训资料
9.会议物资物料管理；10.定期输出优化管理方案
二、对会服团队人员管理：
1.人员招聘；2.人员培训
3.绩效考核；4.考勤统计
三、对日常费用进行统计、管理、分析。
任职资格：
1 有乙方驻场、外包会服经验5年以上，管理10人左右会服团队经验2年+；
2 善于沟通、结果导向，抗压力强，头脑灵活；
3 大专以上学历，35岁以下，精通商务礼仪；
工作时间：9:30-18:30，双休；
