岗位职责:

Take responsibility to analyze, support revenue cycle system functions and workflows; implement the process, deliver training to users; measure qualitative and quantitative outcome, ensure data accuracy.
? Review and analyze revenue and business process, replicate and report issues
? Work with revenue leadership, implement the changes
? Ensure change control process is followed, including test, review, user acceptance test, approval etc. are clearly documented
? Deliver training revenue capture system training to super users and end users
? Implement process and procedures to sustain the changes
? Apply qualitative and quantitative measures on process changes, identify and monitor the outcomes occurred
? Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with the organization’s other compliance and operational assessment functions.

任职资格:

Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, finance, accounting, or computing sciences or equivalent combination of education, practice, and/or work experience in a clinical setting.
? Applied knowledge and experiences in analyzing and implementing new technology in healthcare setting, sustaining and improving workflows consistently and continuously
? Minimum of two years of healthcare business operations and/or systems analyst background.
? Knowledge of the healthcare industry, managed care, and/or health care programs.
? Desire to work in healthcare process development and systems operation and development environment.

Experiences and Skills
? Good understanding of health insurance operations, including but not limited to, services, billing, claims and the information systems used to automate these processes.
? Knowledge of Benefit Coding, Provider Files and Claim Check procedures.
? General knowledge and application of healthcare business processes, internal controls and related standards.
? An ability to effectively apply development methodologies and tools.
? Demonstrated ability to plan and manage engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
? An ability to apply process definition and improvement techniques and an ability to glean insights from data and trends.
? Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Sound BA skills including documenting requirements and testing.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Knowledge/experience with general healthcare billing and finance systems.
