 Job Responsibilities：

1、In charge of full functions of Human Resources policies, procedures and processes, which including training and development, ensure all activities are in compliance with legal regulations and requirements

2、Supervision on daily HR operations, like recruiting, training, staff transfer etc. employee activities

3、Outsource labor management for both vendor KPI and outsource staff management

4、School – Enterprise Cooperation resource development and maintain

5、Staffing issues  (staff’s engagement; Workday movement issues and etc)

6、Some projects if involved

7、System data maintain and data analyze

8、To provide day to day HR service for whole site

9、To track all data about human resource and improve the work efficiency on recruitment, C&B, training and staffing, etc.

10、Attendance system for both perm staff and outsource staff management

  

Job Qualification :

1、Bachelor degree or above, better major in human resource management or the related  

2、At least 5 years HR overall experience, and at least 2 years in management role  

3、Good communication skill 

     Active personality and mature character

     Endure work pressure

     Honest and diligent

     Good interpersonal and analytical skills

      Excellent leadership skills

 4、Good command of written and spoken English

 5、Be good at office software, especially in Word, Excel and PPT skills
