Job Responsibilities

Provide field test support to IEO/Specialties/Fuels product lines
Identify Field test sites
Draft and execute field test agreements
Coordinate resources required to manage field test (hardware acquisition; oil shipments & used oil analysis)
Lead & Manage field test projects; provide regular updates to key stakeholders; issue interim progress reports
Conduct start & end of test inspections (parts ratings & photography/videography) and issue formal report
Follow Oronite safety standards when visiting sites & performing FT activities
Follow Oronite compliance requirements when selecting FT sites & working with them

Develop, maintain & manage OEM contacts
Devleop OEM startegies wotking closely with Global OEM Liasions/stakeholders of respective PL’s
Regularly visit key OEM’s contacts/decision makers to strengthen relationships & increase influence
Joinly working with China PLM & PLS and take their help to Introduce Oronite products to OEM’s as required
Explore joint development opportunities on product development & testing Oronite products to gain approval
Issue regular & timely OEM visit reports to key stakeholders
Provide assessment and understanding of OEM hardware designs & testing protocol used in region in support of driveline oil and industrial engine oil product lines
Follow Oronite compliance requirements when working with OEM’s
Support customer’s OEM activities when needed

Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Analytical & problem solving skills : Ability to analyze and resolve problems & Experience (or ability) in process improvement.
Process &Technical Knowledge : Experience with internal combustion engines, transmissions, hydraulic equipment’s operation in the field. Knowledge on Lubricant testing. Experience in working with OEMs
Statistics/Data interpretation : Competencies in analyzing data including understanding of modeling/ interpret results
Team management : Ability to manage by influence
