Job description:

You will work with team to provide data center services as below, as well as troubleshooting and service request handling
? Change coordination
o Creating changes for hardware replacements.
o Creating changes for hardware upgrades.
o Creating standard changes for replacement of defective hardware.
? Enclosure Capacity reporting
o Report enclosure space for expanding the customer server base.
o Daily reporting of enclosure slots available pr. Customer.
? Decommissioning of retired hardware
o Assist with decommissioning tasks.
? DK Daywatch

    

o Act as an extended support to our Daywatch, working with Incidents and Changes during CN/DK work hours .
? Incident screening
o Check Remedy for Incidents that needs action from the Danish team. Typically “runner” tasks, which require physical on-site presence to solve.
? Nightwatch assistance
o Due to the timezone difference, our Chinese collegue will be an enormous help assisting our Nightwatch, during normal CN work hours.
? New server assistance
o Assist with creation of “All-In-One” documents. New rack mounted servers (non-blade), needs an “All-In-One” document, which defines the cabling required and server location.
? Test assistance
o Help with testing new HP Support packs and firmware jobs.
o Help with system implementation.
Working on different shifts.
NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.

Your profile:

A bachelor/Master degree in IT field is a plus.
You have good knowledge on HP blade server, rack mounted server and HP enclosures
You have good knowledge of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
Can work independently under pressure.
Fast leaner and potential development.
Strong IT fundamental knowledge for further development.
Basic knowledge of relational database concept is required.
Be familiar with Windows Server is a plus.
Be familiar with network and vmware is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Storage is a plus.
You should be in good health condition.
