PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Follow company procedure and guideline to provide effective administrative support to industry business.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.In charge of office routine duties, and important documents safekeeping.

2.To assist in setting all internal / external meetings

3.To keep communication among sales, marketing, service and relative team to update business policies to all team members and business partners.

4.Assisting the business team for the business travelling document preparation and expense claims submissions.

5.Be responsible for the allocated admin work

6.Coordinate with internal departments (i.e. Logistic, Marketing, RA) and customers regarding the contract terms & conditions and ensure all be under company抯 control policies and guidelines;

7.Supporting the team in organizing marketing activities including scientific conference, trade shows, and other marketing events.

8.Supporting marketing team to print, publish and manage various marketing materials and tools

9.Assisting for vender daily management, including printing, promotion, gift etc.

 

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1.Studies-Experience:

-University degree, major in General Admin, Language, Accounting or Economy related

-Some knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs;

-1+ years working experience. 

2.Skills and Qualifications:

-Strong reading and writing skills in English, 

-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

-Able to work under time pressure and work independently

-Good teamwork and quick learning.
