职位描述

工作内容:
- 负责上海地区的KA客户谈判
- KA客户年度/月度的合同谈判,制订相应改善方案,确保客户合约条款的利润
- 制定客户发展计划,尤其陈列、库存、应收帐款等关键事项,确保销售增长幅度和品类份额不低于客户的总体成长与品类增长
- 促销规划及预算管控
- 监控客户的库存情况和追踪和掌控客户的服务水平

任职要求:
- 3年以上快消品行业KA总部操作经验(年度合同谈判,促销活动,账款的收取核对),谈判能力强
- 须有从事大润发,欧尚,家乐福,沃尔玛等类似大客户系统操作经验
- 工作思路清晰,具备良好的领导力和项目管理能力
- 有责任感,稳重、仔细、积极的工作态度
- 诚实、进取,敢于挑战
