工作内容：
- 负责所辖区域的店铺开发工作
- 各城市出店必要信息的收集及管理
- 与开发商及物业沟通达成出店合同及协调出店相关事宜
- 其他店铺开发的相关工作

任职要求：
- 具备5年以上连锁零售企业店铺开发经验
- 工作思路清晰，学习能力强
- 具备良好的领导力和项目管理能力
- 善于沟通、具备服务和团队合作精神
- 有责任感，稳重、仔细、积极的工作态度
- 诚实、进取，敢于挑战。
