岗位职责:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Work with HR BP /Hiring Managers on staffing matters and support HR projects as needed
2. Provide recruiting support for project positions; Fulfill other recruitment needs, i.e. experienced/intern hires, with speed and quality.
3. Conduct the 1st round interview and presenting suitable shortlisted candidates to hiring manager; assist in arrange interviews, consolidate interview feedback / contribute to interview debrief sessions / ensure timely selection decision
4. Frequent communication with line managers to understand the hiring needs and position requirements.
5. Implement the recruitment tools/systems in China base on the guidance from HQ.
6. Assist the Recruiting Manager to complete the important recruiting projects as needed.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 5 years HR experiences in multi-national companies
3. Familiar with Auto industry, prefer OEM experiences
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English
6. Good team work with people having diverse background
7. Skillful in using EXCEL, PPT and other office software
