Responsibility:
1. Be familiar with ISO 9000 and QA working procedure.
2. Do system auditing independently. Compile “Revised Audit Checklist” and audit supplier’s quality system operation.
3. Record the inspection result of product and package clearly and correctly according to the requirement of shipment quality inspection.
4. Finish all inspection data. Give “Corrective Action” to supplier and follow up the progress.
5. Advice the supplier on corrective actions to solve the non-conformities in the root cause


职责：
1.熟悉国内外ISO9000标准及QA工作流程
2.独立进行体系审核，编写审核检查表，审核供应商质量管理体系运行情况
3.根据要求进行出货检验，正确记录产品及包装检验结果，质量报告务求清晰明了
4.按时完成所有检验数据，对不符合规范的供应商，及时开具“整改意见表”并按时进行呈报，根据批示进行追踪。
5.给供应商提出建议及整改措施，从根源解决不合格产品的问题


Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above (2009's &2010's graduates are preferred)
2. Have related experience in Auditing, Inspection or QC, familiar with the QC flow process, especially has good knowledge of OEM products or Mechanical products inspection.
3. Familiar with measuring tool and the process of auditing & inspection.
4. Strong in responsibility & serious, good sense of cooperation
5. Able to work independently and needs to equip with self initiative
6. Good command of English language both oral and written, as well as MS office skills
7. Willing to do business trip

1. 本科及以上学历（2009届及2010届毕业生优先考虑）
2. 稽核，检验或者质量控制相关经验，熟悉质量控制流程，对OEM产品及机械产品检验有相关知识者优先考虑
3. 熟悉检测工具和稽核，检验过程
4. 较强的责任心，认真，良好的团队合作精神
5. 能独立完成工作，工作积极主动
6. 英语口语及书面良好，MS office技能出色
7. 可以出差

Fastco located in Shanghai was founded in 2003 and it is the newest subsidiary of Fastenal. Fastco's primary responsibilities include sales, product sourcing, supplier development, procurement, QA/QC and logistics on behalf of Fastenal Company.
Recently Fastco opened 2 branches in Tianjin and Foshan which would focus on domestic sales. 2 representatives were found in Ningbo and Guangzhou in 2009 as well. These branches help us to get close to our vendors and customers.
