As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai and Tianjin. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service engineers, spare parts, tools) and will play a key role in the execution of Service projects and activities in Turbocharging Service Product Group, Turbocharging Business Lines (BL) and Industrial Automation Business in Shanghai and Tianjin (China).

? Support and manage 24 hours service availability / emergency duty.
? Coordinate customer and plan all service/repair jobs (applying the BU policies). And first time to inform the customer for the possibility of service arranging.
? Track maintenance working schedule information according the overall plan of service station
? Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc. (applying BU policies).
? Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.
? Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)
? Execute maintenance agreements, OPAC, Reman, MMA.
? Strictly implement procedures to ensure in-time updating of business and technical documentation.
? Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases).
? Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status. Ensure to cooperate with EUS efficiently.
? Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.).
? Ensure service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
? Ensure main service site visiting such as port, dockyard etc.
? Track and support AR collection within local service station.
? Manage the service job order process from quotation to invoicing.
? Handling of BU internal service job assignments.
? When service job leader is absent, to be acted as job leader for the whole job.
? Depending on the size of the service station and local processes and expertise, the ordering process for a specific service/spares order may be included in this job profile.

? College Degree or above, major in Marine Power, Mechanical Engineering or Diesel Engine field.
? 3+ years relevant industry experience.
? Familiar with office computer operation as well as the ability of ERP.
? Good listening and communication skills and good team spirit.
? Willing to travel on business trip.
? Fluent in oral and written English.
