大专及以上，店长工作经验2年以上，普通话，年龄27-35岁
岗位职责：
1.负责门店整体形象以及销售运营和后勤所有管理事务；
2.根据当月销售指标，分析安排并按计划推进完成销售额；
3.建立客户关系，维护销售服务进度以及跟踪维护老客关系发展转介绍新客机会；
4.负责处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所产生的突发事情；
5.负责员工的各项培训工作及员工排班工作；
6.负责门店自媒体运营执行；
岗位要求：
1.口齿伶俐，吃苦耐劳，大方有亲和力，
2.善于观察，语言沟通表达能力好，丰富的销售店体管理经验，
3.具有一定审美能力和团队凝聚力，
4.身体健康，年龄27-35岁
5.有服装导购零售经验或婚纱行业管理工作经验优先录用，
6.可以接受出差（短期）。

Currently, The Jiahao Group has invested in many fields, including more than 30 high-end brands in culture,education, photography, wedding dresses, high-end custom designer dresses, jewelry,hotel, film, network, finance, real estate and other industries.
