Reports to

Supply Chain Manager 

General Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of in/out shipments management, including warehousing and transportation arrangements to work closely with business team to reach monthly targets, with balancing the operation cost. 

Liaise with supply chain logistics executive to secure physical inbound and replenishment process

Responsible for - running backend operational & logistics processes for E-commerce channel

Support E-Commerce Buyer and E-Commerce Manage to execute, monitor and report E-commerce forecasting, replenishment & inventory management process.  Develop and implement necessary action plan

Main Responsibility Areas

- Assist to communicate related inter-company departments/outside parties timely to coordinate in-coming /out-going shipments/deliveries. 

- Working closely with 3rd parties, handles daily delivery and transportations for domestic customers.

- Interaction with sales & marketing people for problem orders, specific requests and track sales results.

- Generate cost analysis and identify the improvement opportunity to continuously improve the operation efficiency.

- Other ad hoc assignments

Needed Competencies

- Master Microsoft office software

- English written/oral skill is required

- strong responsibility and credibility 

- SAP knowledge is a plus.

Education

Bachelor Degree

Needed  Work Experience

5 years relative working experience in Logistics / W/H management.

Scope of work

Assisting and co-ordination for logistics department 

Freedom to Act

Frequent communication / debriefing / reporting to direct line reporter.
