职责描述：

1. Participate in initial discussions with business users from other departments to understand new requirements raised or change requests.   

2. Advise technical feasibility or propose solution, and take lead in user meetings.  

3. Carry out data pre-processing, model design and predictive analysis with machine learning algorithms

4. Prepare functional and technical specifications, and develop software programs when needed.

5. Communicate effectively with other stakeholders, such as senior executives, users at all level, project team, internal and external developers.

6. Perform integration tests, drive user acceptance tests, manage and resolve technical issues.

7. Maintain and support the existing predictive analysis systems, reports and resolve issues 

8. Carry out tasks per assigned by direct supervisor. 

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree preferred  

2. Minimum 6 years of IT software development/implementation experience; Good experience in machine learning modelling and data pre-processing with at least 2 full cycle project experiences; Elevator industry/Project management experience is an advantage

3. Have statistical analysis experiences preferred.

4. Understand time series analysis, Classification/regression analysis, Clustering analysis, Association rules analysis e.g.  

5. Familiar with Python, Tensorflow/R language preferred. 

6. Excellent communication skill; Good written and oral English and Chinese; Good presentation and interpersonal skills; Experienced in PowerPoint, Excel and Word  

7. Self-motivated, fast learner, excellent teamwork, responsible and quality mind
