1、 负责所承担抗体蛋白药物结构表征平台（以大分子质谱分析为主）分析方法开发、优化、确认等工作；

2、完成部门所承担的抗体药物研发项目结构表征常规分析任务（质谱分子量、质量肽谱图、N-糖、二硫键配对确认等）；

3、 完成所负责抗体结构平台方法深度开发工作；

4、 完成在工艺开发阶段所承担的抗体药物结构变化上（如电荷异质体）的对比分析；

5、完成所承担相关抗体研发项目结构表征分析报告的撰写， 完成所承担的结构表征质量研究报告；

6、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、优秀应届硕士或博士，本科需3-4年HPLC或CE工作经验；

2、分析、生物、药学等相关专业；

3、英语六级；

4、为人平和、细心，愿意钻研问题，较强的逻辑思考能力； 

5、较强的学习能力和执行能力；较强的工作责任心，乐于沟通分享；

6、遵守公司和部门各项规章制度，行为规范符合GLP管理要求；方案、实验、记录、报告等符合GLP规范。

Job description

1. Responsible for the development, optimization, confirmation, etc. of the analytical method of the antibody protein structure characterization platform (mainly by mass spectrometry);

2. Complete the routine analysis task of the structural characterization of the antibody drug research and development project undertaken by the department (mass molecular weight, mass peptide spectrum, N-sugar, disulfide bond pairing confirmation, etc.);

3. Complete the in-depth development of the antibody structure platform method in charge;

4. Complete comparative analysis of structural changes in antibody drugs (such as charge heterogenes) undertaken during the process development phase;

5. Completing the writing of the structural characterization analysis report of the relevant antibody research and development project undertaken, and completing the research report on the quality of the structural representation undertaken;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors.

job requirements:

1. Excellent master's or doctoral degree, 3-4years of HPLC or CE work experience;

2. Analytical, biological, pharmacy and other related majors;

3. English level 6;
