Our scope of services, going far beyond traditional Consulting Assessment, encompasses also Asset Integrity Management-related services, training and Consulting in Oil & Gas and LNG markets.
From the design of your new facilities (CAPEX) to the maintenance and operation of existing ones (OPEX), we are operating worldwide in deepwater, off shore and onshore projects.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the project files and communications regarding the respective project.
- Prepare the project Manpower requirement in accordance with the contract and informs the Manager of the shortfall or excess.
- Monitor the time spent on the contract according to the contract requirement by each inspection.
- Coordinate with the customers and inspectors / surveyors for each inspection and project.
- Coordinate all the administration issues for the Inspectors / Surveyors on site, which includes logistics for the Inspectors / Surveyors movement and provision of Office supplies.
- In the absence of Project Manger, assumes his/her responsibility in addition to the current responsibility during the period of absence.
- Coordinate relevant parties to make sure project is executed as schedule

Requirements:
- Newly graduate in 2012
- Bachelor degree with engineering background, Master is a plus
- Good at presentation, learning and cooperation in a team, have strong sense of result orientation & passion for continuous improvement
- Fluent English in both oral and writing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly responsible for work
- Good health and be available for business trip or site work

工作职责:
- 负责准备和维护项目文档以及协调各个项目间的沟通。
- 根据合同条款，安排参与项目人员并向主管告知人员盈缺。
- 依照合同需求监管合同进程。
- 协调配合客户和检验员，顺利完成检验项目。
- 协调配合现场检验员处理检验相关行政事务包括后勤和办公用品供给等。
- 在项目经理缺席期间，除当前责任外还需协助项目经理的工作。
- 协调相关部门确保项目照计划进行。

职位要求：
- 2012年应届毕业生
- 工程背景学士学位，硕士学位更佳。
- 善于演讲，学习新事物和团队协调，以结果为导向，有很强的进取心
- 口头和书面英语熟练
- 杰出的交流技巧
- 工作责任感强
- 可出差以及在现场工作，身体健康。
