With its diverse expertise in New Drug Development and extensive experience in regulatory affairs in Asia, conducting all clinical research studies conforming to ICH-GCP guidelines.

Its Clinical Development team has experience in FDA/EU global submissions, IND studies, and post-marketing projects. In addition, it has rich experience in global audits and regulatory submissions.

It has alliances in the US and Japan for an international CRO network and branch operations in the US (California and Maryland), Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and Australia.

Business Development Director Position Description:

Strategic Business Division operation management, Business development and marketing promotion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct strategic plans, business innovation and promotion.

- Build up department human resource management plans, recruitment, job-description, training rewarding mechanism.

- Division budget plan and control.

- Establish mechanism of customer management and customer satisfaction.

- Achieve company set goals and development plans for mid-term and long-term.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years sales experience in medical environment and channel management.

- Strong understanding of end user and market dynamic and requirement.

- Open and positive attitude.

- Self-motivation, self-control personal character.

- Team work spirit functional division.

- Bachelor's required, medical relative education background.

- MBA is a plus.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin.

- Good command of computer skills.
