Regional E-Sourcing Manager, Group Procurement, Shanghai
As Regional E-Sourcing Manager in Group Procurement you will work out of Group Procurements office in Shanghai and be a member of the global team responsible for driving the implementation of e-sourcing/e-auctions globally across the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group.
Driving E-Sourcing as a strategic priority - 7.5 billion USD spend coverage target in 2012
Increasing e-sourcing/e-auction adoption and spend throughput is a strategic priority for Maersk Procurement. The objective is to cover a significant part of the Groups spend through e-sourcing.
As Regional E-Sourcing Manager you will be involved in the following tasks:
? Building a pipeline of relevant e-categories/projects from all Business units within the Region
? Interact with stakeholders at all levels, getting the message on e-sourcing through
? Provide strategic sparring on large sourcing projects for your colleagues in strategic sourcing and category management
? Act as focal point for all e-sourcing activity in China
? Conducting training and work shop sessions
? Develop and implement E-sourcing roll-out plans for teams and organizations (including change management strategies)

You have experience with 3-5 year experience with procurement and/or strategic sourcing and preferably solid experience with implementing large strategic initiatives.
Knowledge of and experience with e-sourcing solutions such as CombineNet and Ariba Sourcing will be preferred.
Fluent English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for the position.
