职位描述
Job Title: Offroad Sales Manager
Report to: Offroad segment manager
Direct reports: Virtual team Sales Engineer
Mission:
To develop new customers, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible segment while manage the team to achieve target revenue.
Support Virtual team for pre-sales supporting as segment expertise to maximize the sales opportunity.
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Be responsible for off-road segment financial results. Follow up sales plan and monitor sales activities & results,
· Drive complete virtual team has the right focus on the segment / sub-segment through training, technical supporting, sales activities and etc;
· Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.
· Aggressively exploit the responsible territory, develop and manage distributor to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
· Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation...etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
· Communicate internally with service team, marketing team and project team to smooth the sales operation.
· Report accurately and timely
Candidate profile:
Education
· College degree or above with engineering background
Experience
· At least 5 years working experience as sales, sales management experience will be a plus
· Industrial/machinery industry background is required
· Premium brands selling experience is required
· The experience for manage Virtual team
Knowledge
· Mechanical or electrical knowledge
Skill:
l Presentation skill
· Negotiation skill
· PC skill is a must
·
Language
· Good English skill both in reading & written, spoken is plus
