Retail Training Manager, China

BUSINESS AREA /COMPANY/ DEPARTMENT:

LOCATION:

Shanghai

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Be involved and execute training project in high quality & professional manner to maximize effectiveness

- Training tools & course development to make it more effective to help elevate KOTF ability, so as to enhance business

- Develop and manage certification programs to test dealers & sales personnel knowledge & selling skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified sales people.

- Execute and manage certification programs to test KOTF personnel knowledge & selling skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified sales people.

- Be involved and execute seasonal training plan (workshop, classes…etc.)to maximize dealers & sales personnel knowledge, sales skills and motivation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS：

- Strongly capacity of training tools & course development

- Experience in retail, training/education is plus

- Planning & Preparation: Maintains detailed plans & uses them to prioritize activities. Well prepared for each training session & store visit.

- Familiar & work closely with business practices (rule of the game)

- Proficient in English, Integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position.

- Sports lover will be a plus.

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-national company, familiarity with Retail operations.

- Experience in retail, training/education is plus.

- Have successful track record and target achievement in retail training is plus.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- College degree or above
