Key Responsibility:

Consumer insights analysis and sell-thru analysis

- Identify the business opportunities based on sell through analysis from different angles

- Drive key initiative according to the buying strategy

- Monitor the sell thru performance, clarify action suggestion and risk alarm

- Local consumer insights analysis and feedback

Lead sell in success

- Keep smooth communication with retail operation team to ensure the sell thru performance

- OTB and buying framework including sku plan, product mix, depth per sku, size ratio

- Build seasonal assortment based on merchandising strategy and brand key initiative

- Future buy orders for own stores

- Develop the sell in guidance seasonally

Drive in season operation execution

- Prepare the season operation plan document

- Work closely with VM team to ensure the merchandise story calendar is well executed 

- Allocation plan based on product delivery status

- Recommend key actions regarding best seller and slow movers

Set weekly meeting with relevant team for key store sales review and action proposal

- Drive replenishment based on inventory status

Other project

- Create and build the necessary tools to ensure the retail merchandising effectiveness and efficiency

Needed Competencies:

- Skilled in retail buying, planning, allocation 

- Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

- Strong data analysis skills

- Good communication skills, Excellent Team-player

- Passion in outdoor and sports industry

Needed working experience:

- More than 3  years experience in retail buying/planning/allocation and multi store management. Apparel or outdoor industry is preferred.
