Position: AR & AP Accountant

Location: Shanghai

Description:

§ Ensure on-time invoice issuance and control

§ 确保发票匹配的准确和及时。

§ Collect payments and update the AR report.

§ 负责收款并更新AR报表。

§ Verify payment integrity / update AP report.

§ 核实付款的完整性并更新AP报表。

§ Handle cash and bank vouchers in accounting system.

§ 在财务系统中编制现金和银行凭证。

§ Check with the Cashier the cash / bank balances.

§ 与出纳核对现金/银行存款余额。

§ Ensure the file saving and document archiving work.

§ 部门文件的装订、归档工作。

§ Requirements:

§ The hands-on position requires

§ College degree or above, major in accounting, English skill CET4 above.

§ 大专以上学历，主修会计;英语能力要求CET4级以上。

§ High Sense of responsibility.

§ 有责任感

§ Cooperative and effective team player.

§ 具备团队协作精神

§ Good knowledge of PRC accounting & tax regulations.

§ 良好的会计及税务法规知识

§ Good command of English and PC skills, including a good proficiency with Excel and Yongyou accounting software.

§ 良好的英语和电脑技能，尤其是深谙Excel和用友财务软件

§ Financial experience in the logistics industry an advantage

§ 具备物流行业的财务经验尤佳

§ Pro-active self-starter with a strong sense of urgency committed to ensure consistent problem resolution.
