JOB SUMMARY:


1.Assist the Product Manager to provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the products effectively and efficiently. This involves printed and electronic material (in conjunction with the sales and other team), product training, and relevant clinical papers.


2.Responsible for reviewing product data and scientific/clinical developments to ensure that the field force is kept up to date with new developments regarding the companies or competitor's products.


3.Support with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and or campaign material and to ensure that any market intelligence that is obtained from the field is disseminated and acted upon appropriately both internally and externally.


4.Assist in organisation and management of national conferences.


5.Responsible for the training programs for the RCHN sales force and also for producing a standard and uniform training program for instrument installations and also ongoing field training.


6.Cooperate with Service manager of providing technical advice to RCHN quality unit for any Fan' and TU's that need to be communicated to customers.


7.Be involved with establishing market segmentation and pricing startegies.



Qualifications:
This ideal candidate will have strong & proven knowledge and skill on immunoassay area, product management and communication.

·Immunoassay background with over 3-5 years industry working expereince


·Time management skill


·A positive, go-getter mentality


·Project management competency in an international environment


·Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
