This is an Contractor Role.
Responsibilities/Job Roles:
. Conduct tests in lab to support new product development.
负责新产品开发的相关产品测试工作，在实验室进行相关实验
. Manage testing equipment to maximally meet programs' requirements.
管理相关测试设备，优化相关产品测试以满足项目需求
. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment in good condition.
保养及校准相关设备以符合测试需求
. Manage testing lab to meet EHS regulations.
管理实验室并满足各项环境健康安全需求
. Maintain safety in the labs for him/her as well as technology participants in the tests.
确保整个测试的安全性
. Support NPI testing requirement. Communcate with NPI team on needs.
支持新产品开发并满足相关测试需要
Qualifications/Requirements:
? 2+ yrs testing experience on MV switchgear.两年以上中压开关柜等设备的测试经验
. Have high voltage operating certificate.有高压操作证
. Familiar with testing procedures, knowledge of testing equipment and tests setup.熟悉中压电气产品测试流程，及测试设备
? Ability in testing results interpretation and problem solving. 能记录并分析实验相关数据，找出潜在产品问题并提供可能的解决方案
? Two or three years' College or above. Electrical Engineering is preferred. 大学专科以上学历，电气工程及相关专业优先
Desired Requirements:
? English communication skills will be a plus.
. NPI experience.
. MV switchgear design experience.
