Responsibilities and duties:

- Responsible to warehouse management and daily arrangement - Responsible for settling of materials incoming and outgoing arrangement, and suitable packing arrangement
- Responsible for all warehouse documents of incoming/outgoing materials and related registration files and monthly reports of inventory
- Responsible for the IMC working capital Ration: within Imtech standards and IMC targets; Limit the stock-level to the required project needs and service activities and assure “just in time” delivery to workshop
- Responsible for periodical inventory, ensure the amount, quantity and descriptions are identified with records, and bookkeeping all missing and damage issue
- Responsible for the cleaness/safety issue of warehouse daily work
- Responsible for create necessary shipping document such as shipping mark, etc.
- Implement other necessary work within the Dept.
- Responsible for coordination with IMGe & IMO for incoming goods
- Responsible for coordination with customers(mainly yards) for yard supply items
- Responsible for coordination with customers(mainly yard) for delivery of final products


Requirement:

- University/college education(Prefer logistics background)
- Fluent in English
- Strong IT(Ms Office) skills
- Strong responsibility and team work spirit
- Good communication skill
- Honest, hard-working and be able to work with pressure
