·Accountable for drafting development plan for each project and fulfilthe developments and modifications of the tool

·Partner with the CUS team to understandprocesses and requirements and identify the Automationopportunity innovatively throughGemba and Sit-in

·Support Local and Global Projects to deliverthe project result

·Responsible to escalate developing conflicts of priorities for highermanagement team to make decisions

·Maintain effective communication channel with Business Team for problemreporting, feedback, etc

· Responsible for Automationsolutions promotion, hyper-care, maintenance and benefit tracking

· Responsible for new technology implementationand development

招聘要求：

· 计算机或通讯类软件相关专业学历

· 3年以上工作经验，有网站开发经验；

· 熟练使用.NET(VB/C#), 

· 熟练使用html5，JavaScript，jQuery，CSS;

· 熟悉SQL Server数据库的使用和开发；

· 具有较强的自学和自律能力，热爱技术工作，具有钻研应用新技术、新知识的能力，责任心强；

· 有微信小程序开发经验者优先 

· 熟悉并有VBA开发经验者优先 

· 有物流系统设计经验或熟悉物流流程者优先 

· 良好的英文沟通能力

· 3+ years’ experienceand strong IT background, with a degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or Data Science

·Good at .NET(VB/C#)programming skill;

·Good at Database handling,especially MS SQL Server;

·Familiar with web front-end development, such as HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and etc…;

·Ability to communicate and work effectivelywith technical and non-technical team members;

·Proactive team player with good interpersonalskills and team work spirit;

·Willing to learnand willing to try oriented working style and Can-Do attitudedriven personality for understanding operation pain first then providingautomation solution;

·Able to develop VBAmacro independently that can interact with other APPs other than Excel would bevalue added;

·Experience on WeChatsmall App development would be value added;

·Knowledge or experience on logistic business would be an advantage;

·Fluent English communication would be an advantage;
