总账会计（财务主管）

工作职责

会计核算规则的制定与完善

负责全公司会计核算制度的制定与完善，并推动其有效实施；

负责优化会计核算、分析相关的工作模版及流程，并组织有效实施；

财务报表编制及分析工作

组织日常会计核算工作，审核各分子公司财务报表；

编制全公司合并财务报表；

组织财务报表分析工作，为经营决策提供有效支持；

固定资产等的归口管理

组织建立健全固定资产、在建工程、无形资产、长期待摊相关的核算体系，并推动其有效运行；

协助组织全公司资产盘点工作，确保公司资产的安全完整

会计档案资料的管理

负责组织会计凭证、账簿和其他会计资料等的日常整理、装订和保管。

会计核算工作

负责权益类科目核算

财务核算工作的复核

复核费用会计、成本会计、收入会计、税务会计的日常工作。

电算化维护

负责会计账套管理及会计科目设置方案的制定；

负责会计账套月度、年度结账工作；

负责电算化系统的维护；

任职资格条件

学历及所学专业本科以上（财务相关专业）

30岁-45岁

5年以上财务核算经验，2年以上财务主管经验

专业知识：财务报告、成本管理、风险管理、价值管理与全面预算、审计与内部控制、财务分析与预测、经管责任与资产管理

专业技能：中级会计职称以上

个性特质/工作态度：较高的稳定性和忠诚度，较高的协调、管理能力，较高的资源调派能力；较高的责任心、正直诚实
