岗位职责

Create sample request in sample database, and pick sample from sample room database;

在样品数据库中创建样品需求并取样

Maintain sample stocks both in sample database and sample room.(receive data and valid date)

对样品及数据库进行维护（接收数据和有效期）

Periodical sweep the slow mover and inactive item from sample room and sample database.

定期清理长期未发货和闲置样品和样品数据

Apply sample from Europ, or other legal entities, SAP stock

从欧洲或者其他公司申请样品

Feedback to sales and marketing team of the sample delivery trace

给销售和市场团队反馈样品交付记录追踪

Classification of storage according to different DG class

根据不同的DG等级进行库存分类

Rapid response to sample request from sales and marketing team

对销售和市场团队的样品需求进行快速反应

Act as contact point with sales and marketing team in sample handing

担当销售和市场团队的样品管理联系人

Interface with Europe or other relevant partner for sample request

欧洲和其他相关业务伙伴样品需求的接口

Interface with logistics service for sample dispatch, domestics & overseas

国内和海外样品调度物流服务的接口

任职要求：

Junior college or above, chemistry background 大专及以上学历，化学背景

Experience within sample handing 样品管理经验

Communicative and able to work in a team具有一定的沟通能力和团体精神

good written and reading English and Mandarin良好的英文和中文读写能力

basic computer skills ( MS Office, Outlook)基础计算机应用能力( MS Office, Outlook)
