Job Description

1.     Support for business long-term development, effective with the business sector to formulate strategy of manpower plan;

·         Focus on long-term improvement of employee’s competence.

·         Support dealers to manage training leads and make the training plans

1. Application in Assessment of the qualification and competency model, building a talent pipeline;

·         Cooperate with HR to define competency requirements and assessment standards for both CTS FSE and dealers.

·         Develop a highly efficient、innovative style of training standards.

1. Competency Training systemic

·         The development and dissemination of training tools and systems, reduce training costs and improve the efficiency of training.

·         Systematic management of various functions within the nationwide resources to achieve maximum utilization of resources.

·         Combined with the needs of business development, to collect the training needs, make planning, design the training programs to ensure that are implemented in a very effective and professional way.

Job Requirement:

·         University degree or above.

·         In depth understanding of both equipment and aftermarket business.

·         More than 3 years experience with people management.

·         Excellent communication skill including writing & proof reading skills.

·         Good English in both spoken and written.

·         Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.

·         Willing to travel
