职位描述

1.    Risk management. Work closely with the compliance manager in the development of risk management systems and strategies, identifying and evaluating significant exposures to risk and contributing to the improvement of risk management and control systems.

2.    Review of compliance with laws and regulations. Review compliance with laws, regulations and other external requirements, and with management policies and directives and other internal requirements.

3.    Governance. Support the compliance manager on formulating Accounting and Internal Control policies and procedures for AP in conjunction with the Global Policies and the relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to apply. Assess the governance process in its accomplishment of objectives on ethics and values, performance management and accountability, communicating risk and control information to appropriate areas of the organization. Implement and monitor the Sarbanes Oxley, FCPA and other program in accordance with internal requirements

4.    Review of operating activities. Review the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of operating activities, including non-financial activities, design and improve the operational procedure

5.    Monitoring of internal control. Reviewing controls, monitoring their operation and recommending improvements thereto, coordinate and follow up control issues, identifying improvement opportunity for business process and make recommendations to the Management

6.    Training. Assist the regional team in developing and providing effective training tools

7.    Project. participate in special and ad-hoc projects as required


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Bachelor degree or the above, and a recognized professional accounting qualification holder.

  2. 3+ years’ experience with Finance/Audit related area, prefer experience with big 4 firm

  3. Experience working in global / regional multicultural environment

  4. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and manage conflicting goals and different culture

  5. Strong communication skills, English language fluency required

  6. Strong ability of risk assessment,  to multi task and strive in a fast paced environment

  7. Advanced skills in MS Office particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting system
