Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with sales and marketing to drive the growth platforms of Heavy Truck, Machine tool, Food & Beverage and Metric TRB.

 

  -Organize monthly meeting with relevant sales people to review the opportunity pipeline, define action plan and track progress for each opportunity, share key update on strategy, tactics, product and success, collect and understand issues

 

  -Work with other functional teams (engineering, pricing, supply chain, manufacturing, etc) toward resolution of the collected issues to realize business

 

  -Provide input on pricing based on a good understanding of market price and competitive condition to improve win rate and profitability 

 

  -CRM pipeline management (timely opportunity logging, pipeline growth) 

 

  -Joint-visit to some key customers

 

  - Regular report-out to management

 

 

 

2.  Drive the action from product management, plants and SC for cost reduction to support business win rate.

 

  - Keep working with pricing on low margin but high potential business/projects

 

  -Confirm with product management on sourcing plant options

 

  -Work with plant for cost reduction plan and volume requirement

 

  - Collect the market/project information to get alignment on pricing and cost structure

 

 

 

3. Support on CRM data analysis and major contract review/negotiation (value selling, negotiation tactics, etc)
