Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1.能够与海外代理商和客户顺利沟通，及时协调和解决海外同事和客户的问题.

Being able to communicate with overseas agents and clients smoothly, coordinate and solve the problem for overseas colleagues and clients in time.

2.定期负责服务推广，保持与海外代理的良好沟通，开发海外潜在客户。

Responsible for service promotion, keep good communicate with overseas agents and develop overseas potential customers.

3.密切关注应收账款，确保汇款及时。

Monitor AR for nomination business, ensure collection of freight timely and in compliance with company credit policy.

4.管理客服服务业务团队与公司相关部门协作，确保客服部门业务顺利进行。

To supervise Customer service department and to cooperate with other departments in order to smooth every single customer service business.

Requirement 胜任要求 :

1.College or above graduate degree

2.Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better

3.Energetic and Hard working

4.Good command of office software i.e WORD, EXCEL, PPT

5.At least 1-2 years customer service experience in the field of forwarder company
